There’s something special about afternoon tea at Vale Royal Abbey. Celebrating a birthday, treating someone you love, or just after a quiet afternoon away from the everyday? We’ll make it a memorable one.

Finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, and a selection of cakes, served on traditional tiered stands with a choice of teas or coffee.

Tables overlook the golf course and the wider Cheshire countryside, so the view is as good as the menu. There is a savoury option as well as the classic, and a drinks upgrade if you fancy making more of an occasion of it.

Served 1 December to 23 December, in place of the other teas.

Our afternoon tea dressed for Christmas, with a seasonal sweet and savoury selection.

Prices are per guest, with a choice of teas, or coffee. Children's afternoon tea is £14.50. A deposit of £10.00 a guest secures your table and comes off the bill on the day.
