Celebrations at Vale Royal Abbey are no ordinary affair. The grandeur of this 16th century manor creates a breath-taking backdrop for gala dinners, proms, birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, Christmas celebrations, dinner dances – in fact, parties of any kind.

Afternoon Tea

Indulge in a traditional British treat, soak up the atmosphere as you sip on a glass of fizz and enjoy a delicious selection of delicate finger sandwiches with classic fillings, freshly baked scones with preserves and clotted cream, alongside our beautiful pastries and cakes. Our classic afternoon tea is only £16.95 per person or upgrade to a prosecco afternoon tea for £22.50 per person.

Our highly popular home cooked carvery is now available on a Sunday. Our carvery is freshly cooked using a range of locally sourced produce, including our tender roast meat joint, as well as a wide range of fresh vegetables finished off with lashings of gravy. Our two course carvery is only £18.50 per person

A sight to behold when dressed for the occasion, the Great Hall can seat up to 150 guests.

The Lounge

A relaxed setting with its own bar, the Lounge overlooks the 18-hole golf course and is perfect for more intimate parties. The Lounge bar adjoins The Library so is also an ideal reception area for larger events which use both rooms.

Approached via a mile-long driveway and surrounded by beautiful countryside, our open courtyard makes an impressive arrival setting.

If the weather allows, drinks can be served on the well-manicured lawns which are also the perfect setting for photographs.
